Nai was born and raised in Herefordshire. She trained in Drama at Aberystwyth University, and then in Acting for the Media at E15 Acting School in London.

After a couple of tours in Italy, she headed back to the big smoke, where she remains to this day.

She will now stop writing in the third person.
