Robert Blackwood trained at the RSAMD and had appeared on-stage as Gerald in “Gerald’s Pub”, various characters in “The Unimportant History of Britain” (which he produced and co-wrote with Nicolas Cowell), Boxer & Moses in “Animal Farm”, Grumio in “The Taming of the Shrew”, Gower in “Henry V”, Dumaine in “Love’s Labour’s Lost” and Ian in “An Evening with Gary Lineker”. He also sang in “Pret-a-Porter: An Evening of Cole Porter Songs”, which he produced and wrote the prose for. His film credits include “Harry Brown”, “Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day” and “Green Zone”.
